The shop behind Red Eagle Aviation

Red Eagle Aviation has been part of the Flathead Valley's aviation community for more than 50 years. The maintenance shop is where a lot of that reputation gets earned — one annual, one repair, one honest phone call at a time.

We're a small shop on purpose. The people inspecting your aircraft are the same people who call you about it — no service writers, no telephone tag through a front office.

How we work

Every shop says they’re honest. Here’s what it looks like in practice: when a job uncovers something unexpected, we stop and inspect the full extent of it before anyone calls you. Then you get photos and a clear description of the problem — what we found, why it matters, and what it takes to fix it. Nothing beyond the original scope happens until you’ve seen it and said yes.

No surprise invoices. No "while we were in there." You see what we see.

Aircraft we commonly service

Cessna 150 170 172 180 182 206 207 310
Piper Aztec (PA-23-250)
Robinson R22 R44
Mooney M20J
Maule MX-7
Luscombe 11A
Beech A45

— and comparable piston aircraft. No pressurized or turbine aircraft at this time.

The fastest way to get on the schedule is a phone call.
